Ask yourself the question “who am I ?” , And if you could answer yourself, think again if that truly is you , and if you couldn’t answer then try and find yourself in this midst of life.
One would ask why we should find ourselves when we can just go with the flow. But ask yourself if you are happy just going With the flow or you want to find who you truly are and go in that way.
“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
Even though Robert Frost wrote ‘The Road Not Taken’ as a joke to his friend, but then there is no doubt about the hidden meaning behind this poem.
Same way, one should go opposite the flow. Finding yourself is one of the first step.
Without knowing who you are and what you want to do in your life and not what others want from you, you can never succeed with being fully happy.
Before judging others, judge yourself. Judge yourself about what you are doing in your life. Is this what you want to do ? Judge people on being themselves? Think about it.
Atleast, they know what they are doing, they know who they are. Be who you are and not what others are.
So go forward, and look inside you,
Find who you are.
Find the person, the real person in you.
Find your aim in life.
But most importantly, Find yourself within you and not outside.
